We understand that fast delivery is what our customers want. We do our best to get your items to you in the shortest possible time. Generally, delivery timelines are as follows:

• In Stock Items (JHB) 1-3 Days
• In Stock Items (Metro Areas) 1-5 Days
• Outlying Areas Are Subject To Third Party Courier Schedules
• Out Of Stock items: ETA Given on Request

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. All local orders (JHB) over R1000 are shipped for free.

For all national orders (Rest of South Africa) over R2000 are shipped for free.

For all other orders, a flat rate of R120 applies.

For all wholesale/trade partners, shipping is quoted once the order is processed.

HOW DOES THE SHIPPING PROCESS WORK?

Once an order is placed, we immediately begin preparing it for delivery. Local (JHB) orders are generally delivered using our own vehicles. For all other areas, we use a third-party courier service.

While third-party couriers have their own routes and schedules, we do our best to ensure a timely delivery regardless of your location.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping/delivery address when placing your order. If you are unsure how to do this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — we will be happy to assist.

We do not take any responsibility for incorrect shipping or delivery addresses.

THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR

All items packaged by us are sealed using safety tape. Upon delivery, please ensure that this seal is not broken.

If the seal is broken, inspect the box and item thoroughly to ensure that no components are missing or damaged. Also check for any additional parts that may be included with your item.

If something is missing or damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Save on delivery and collect your items personally! Simply click the collect option on checkout and we will notify you as soon as your item is ready for collection.

If there are any delays related to your collection we will immediately notify you with an ETA on collection. If an item is in stock with our supplier and not in stock with us, please allow a few hours for us to order your item and and get it ready for collection. Generally items ordered before 9am are ready for collection same day.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WHEN YOUR ITEM IS READY FOR COLLECTION. ANY ATTEMPTS TO COLLECT BEFORE THEN WILL BE REJECTED.
