We deliver throughout South Africa.

For national in stock deliveries the following delivery time applies:

  • Johannesburg: 1-2 business days.
  • Major centres: 2-3 business days.
  • Outlying areas: 3-7 business days.
  • For items not in stock please allow an additional 1-2 days.

Things to keep in mind:

  1. If for some reason a product is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will contact you with the option of a full refund or suggest an available alternative.
  2. We try to get your products to you as soon as possible. To make this possible, please ensure that all information provided at checkout is correct and valid.
  3. We need to be notified of damages or missing items within 24 hours of delivery. You can email sales@standardlighting.co.za.

We want you to be happy and satisfied with the products you order. We also understand that sometimes returns are unavoidable. Please see our full returns policy for more details.

Changed your mind:

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to log a free return or exchange. You can do this be emailing sales@standardlighting.co.za with your order number.

Items need to be unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that were installed. Once inspected and tested, we will refund/credit the value of the item excluding the shipping charges to and from you.

For returns up to 14 days, a 15% handling fee will be charged in addition to the shipping charges to and from you.

Defective or damaged items:

Items that become defective or damaged under their warranty period will be subject to a repair or exchange. Every item on our website can be held to a 1 year warranty period.
