Delivery Information
We deliver door-to-door throughout South Africa and aim to keep customers informed at every stage of the delivery process. Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it and checking stock availability. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours, and orders placed before 11am are usually dispatched on the same business day, provided the items are in stock and courier collection is available.
We generally use Fastway or The Courier Guy for standard parcel deliveries, depending on the delivery region and parcel size. For very large orders, urgent orders, or heavy parcels, we may use RTS Global or another suitable courier to ensure the order is handled correctly. Please note that regardless of your order size or delivery location, Standard Lighting will never request an additional courier fee after checkout. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery estimates refer to courier delivery time from when the parcel has been collected or dispatched. Processing time, stock availability, courier schedules, parcel size, and delivery address may affect the total delivery period.
Order Collections
Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from us. Orders marked for collection are generally prepared within a few hours, subject to stock availability and order processing. Orders placed before 11am are usually ready for collection on the same business day.
Once your order has been picked, packed, and marked as ready, you will receive a "ready for pick-up" email. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to collect your order, as this helps ensure that your items are prepared and available.
When collecting, please bring your "ready for pick-up" email with you, either printed or shown on your phone. This allows our team to quickly verify your order and assist you with collection.
Third-Party Supplier Collections
Due to the nature of our industry, we understand that some orders may be urgent and customer cannot always wait for a standard delivery or collection. In certain cases, selected orders may be collected directly from one of our suppliers by prior arrangement.
This option may also apply where stock is not available at our premises and a supplier collection is the fastest or only option available. Please contact us first so that we can confirm stock availability, collection location and requirements.
Once confirmed, you can place your order on our website and we will arrange the collection from the supplier. We require the full name, copy of ID, and the vehicle registration number of the person collecting.
Orders are generally ready within 30 minutes after payment and confirmation. Please do not arrive at the supplier before we have confirmed the stock is ready.
