Yes you are welcome to add items to your order, provided you notify us before the order is dispatched. We will issue an invoice for any additional items, which needs to be paid before the order is dispatched. Alternatively, you can place a new order directly on our website.

Once your order is placed and processed, our accounts department will email your tax invoice to the email address provided. If no email is provided, please get in contact with us and we will send it via your preferred platform.

You are welcome to change details on your invoice provided it is done before we dispatch your order. Please feel free to send through any details such as Vat numbers or billing addresses and we will ensure it reflects on your invoice.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will process your refund promptly. Please ensure that this is done before we dispatch your order, otherwise it will be treated as a return.

We process out all orders within 24 hours. You can expect your order in the following timeline:

Johannesburg: 1-2 Business Days.

Major Centers: 2-3 Business Days.

Outlying Areas: 3-5 Business Days.

For urgent orders, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

We charge a flat rate of R100 for order in Gauteng. We charge a flat rate of R140 for orders outside of Gauteng. We also offer free nationwide shipping on orders over R2000.

All orders over R2000 are shipped for free.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive either a tracking number or waybill. You can use these to track your orders with the relevant courier. If you are unusure of how to track your order and would like an update, please contact us and we will do so on your behalf.

We are always happy to help with urgent orders. Please contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to assist.

We are able to change your delivery address provided that it is done so before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address.

We hold a valid import/export license and are able to deliver internationally. If you would like a quote for international shipping please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

You are welcome to send a third-party to collect your order. Please contact us with the drivers license of the person coming to collect. They will also need to have the "ready for pick-up" email on hand.

Yes! You are welcome to collect your order directly from us. Please ensure that you select the "pick-up" option at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this period. To view our full terms please view our returns and refunds page.

You are responsible for covering the costs of shipping the item back to us. All returns are subject to a 15% handling fee.

Once returns are inspected and tested, we promptly issue refunds and credits. Generally we process a refund within 2 working days of receiving the return. We hold both FNB and Standard Bank accounts. Customers on different banks will generally wait a few days for the funds to reflect.

In the rare event that an item or part is missing, please contact us immediately. If possible, include pictures of the parcel so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We will resolve this issue promptly.

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all warranty periods are accurate. We offer a minimum 1-year warranty on all products on our website. Some items may have longer warranties which are stated in the products description.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, parcel size, and preferred method of refund.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Used or installed items.
  • Light bulbs.
  • Cut cable.
  • Bulk-orders.
  • International orders.
  • Items not installed by a qualified electrician.

Unfortunately, due to stock movement, we are unable to hold any items for later purchase. We are however able to backorder items for you.

We are generally able to provide ETA's on all our products if they are out of stock. We are also happy to place the item on backorder for you. Once the item is in stock we will immediately dispatch it to you. Please note that we can only backorder items that are fully paid for.

To cancel a backorder, please contact us with your order number or invoice number. We will then process it on our side and provide you with a prompt refund.
